Rates
$175 per 50 minute session
$250 per 80 minute session
Insurance
At New Creations Counseling Services we do not accept insurance.
However, if your plan has out-of-network benefits and your condition meets your insurance requirements for treatment, you may be eligible for reimbursement. You are financially responsible for the cost of the session and we will provide you with an invoice to submit to the insurance company for reimbursement.
Payment
I accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
