Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
Insurance
At New Creations Counseling Services I do not accept insurance.
However, if your plan has out-of-network benefits and your condition meets your insurance requirements for treatment, you may be eligible for reimbursement. You are financially responsible for the cost of the session and I will provide you with an invoice to submit to the insurance company for reimbursement.
